Tribunal finds dumping of certain steel line pipe from China threatens domestic industry

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal found, on March 29, that the dumping and subsidizing of carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from China have caused injury to the domestic industry.

Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of these goods.

The affected goods are described in the Tribunal's determination. Specific goods were excluded from the determination.
