Tribunal issues injury finding on large steel line pipe from China and Japan

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal found, on October 20, that the dumping and/or subsidizing of certain welded large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe from China and Japan have caused injury to the domestic industry.

Anti-dumping and/or countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of these goods.

The affected goods are described in the Tribunal's finding. Certain goods were excluded from the determination.
